1. How do you measure your cookie cutters?
All cookie cutters are measured from either the highest or widest part of the cookie cutter. These measurements are only approximate as the majority of our stock is hand made and can differ slightly between cookie cutters.
2. What methods of payment can i use?
We accept Mastercard and Visa via the PayPal portal, bank deposit, Australia post money order or personal cheques. Please see our PAYMENT METHODS tab for more information.
3. I am having trouble with making payment via PayPal?
Please email me, firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on the mobile number 0439941817 and we can arrange to have a PayPal request emailed to you or send you our banking details to complete your purchase.
4. When does my order ship?
All orders place are shipped within 24 hours. You will recieve an email with the tracking number of your parcel letting you know when your order was sent. Please be aware that no orders are shipped on weekends and public holidays, as the post office is not open.
5. What are the postal options to ship my order in Australia?
We have two options for our Australian customers for shipping. Express post or Parcel Post. Both are supplied with a tracking number. Express post takes approx. 3 working days to reach anywhere in Australia and Parcel Post takes approx. 4-10 working days to reach anywhere in Australia. Please check our SHIPPING tab for prices and the amount of cookie cutters we can fit into each parcel. We do not ship our orders any other way. This is because we, and you, can always track your parcel and it is a flat rate of postage no matter where you live in Australia.
6. How can i track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to you in an email from us letting you know the day your order was shipped. To track your package please check the Australia Post website.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Due to rising shipping costs beyond our control we no longer ship our cookie cutters to any international desitination.
8. I need my cookie cutters in a hurry, what is the quickest way to get my order to me?
The quickest way for us to process your order and get it shipped is:
(A) Pay for your order via PayPal.
(B) Select Express Post for shipping.
(C) Place and pay for your order before 12 noon WST weekdays.
We should get your payment almost straight away using PayPal, Express post takes 2 working days to reach anywhere in Australia and if you place and pay for your order before 12 noon WST weekdays will will ship your order the same day.
9. Can I collect my order from you in person?
No,we do not have the facilities for you to collect your order in person.
10. How do i care for my cookie cutter?
As our cookie cutters are made from tin plate we suggest the best way to clean and care for your cookie cutters is to hand wash them in warm water and dry extremely well immediately. This will prevent your tin plate cookie cutters from rusting. Do not place them in a dishwasher.
11. I need a Cookie Recipe, do you have one?
With every purchase we supply our clients with a Vanilla Cookie recipe. This is the same recipe we use ourselves. We use a vanilla based cookie because of all the extra sugar you will add when decorating.
12. I need a Gingerbread Cookie Recipe, do you have one?
Please ask, we can supply you with a Gingerbread Cookie Recipe.
13. How do I decorate my cookies?
We are more than happy to send you information on how to decorate your cookies. Just ask and we will pop the information in with your order. You may also find the cookie book on our web site is full of great decorating ideas.
14. I have a particular themed celebration and I cannot find a cookie cutter that will fit my party?
Please do not hesitate to send us an email anytime. We are more than happy to try and find the cookie cutter that you are after as we have access to over 1000 different designs. We are also very good at suggesting other cookie cutters that can still do the same job! Find our contact details in the CONTACT US tab.
15. I ordereâ€‹d the wrong cookie cutter, can i return it for a refund?
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds or swap stock just becasue you changed your mind or ordered the wrong cookie cutter. If stock is deemed faulty by the management a replacement item will be offered. An item will not be deemed faulty from normal use, inappropriate care or rust. There is no refunds or returns on any food product. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
